The images shown on this site are for illustrative purposes only and items you order may differ slightly from those shown.
Differences in items will be most prevelant for those containing patterened gemstones as these are unique items that are
impossible to replicate exactly. Penny Serenade will take every measure to try and source gem stones as close to those
depicted in our photography as possible.
Should the item you receive not match your requirements closely enough please contact us to
discuss this.
Penny Serenade reserves the right to cancel any order at any time and refund the card holder. This may be for any reason
including but not limited to the following: We have been advised the card use was unauthorised. The order cannot be
completed due to insufficiant material availability. The order does not comply with our Terms & Conditions. At the
request of you the customer (This must be agreed verbally with the card holder).
