General Advice for Jewellery Care
Never do household chores or sports in your jewellery
Don't go swimming in your jewellery - the chlorine in the water can damage metals and stones
Avoid household cleaners, perfume, nail polish, nail polish remover hairspray or other hair care products coming into contact with your jewellery
Store jewellery in tissue paper, a soft lined box or a in a soft cloth. Try to wrap pieces individually to avoid them knocking together and causing damage
Never hang necklaces - this strains them and will cause premature breakage
