Customer Service - Rings and sizing

All rings are made to order and can take up to 10 working days to make and deliver, depending on the stones and materials used. Please ensure you know your ring size before ordering - I am not able to refund rings that don't fit due to incorrect sizing.

If you do not know your ring size, simply follow the steps below to work out what size you will need to order.

1. Cut a piece of paper about three inches (cm) long and 1/4 inch wide (cm).
2. Wrap the paper around the finger that you expect to wear the ring on, making sure that it is as snug as you will want the ring to fit.
3. Ensure the paper will slide over your knuckle as this is the largest part of your finger.
4. Make a mark on the paper where it meets when wrapped around your finger.
5. Unroll the paper flat.
6. Measure the distance from the end of the paper to the mark.
7. See the chart below for your ring size in UK/US measurements

If you are still in doubt most local jewellers will be able to size you correctly free of charge.
