Customer Service - Refunds


Buying over the internet is often a gamble and you may find that you receive a piece of my jewellery and it is not what you are looking for, or doesn't go with your outfit. In this instance I happy for you to return it to me as long as it is in the same condition I sent it out to you in for a full refund or exchange.

All returns have to be within 14 days and I am afraid I am not able to refund the cost of postage either way.

I do not except refunds or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons.

If a piece of jewellery is accidentally broken or damaged not through my workmanship I am not able to offer a refund however I repair it for you at a small cost.
