Customer Service - Payment and Delivery
Payment couldn't be easier. You can either pay using your credit card through Paypal or if you would prefer, you can send us a cheque. Paypal is quick, safe and instant and orders will be dealt with immediately. If you decide to pay by cheque then your order will be dispatched as soon as the cheque has cleared usually within 5 - 7 working days. Please make cheques payable to Penny Serenade.
Your jewellery will be carefully wrapped and packaged in an organza pouch and will be checked by me before it is sent out. All orders will be despatched within 3-5 working days unless the piece is made to order or from our bridal collection. Once the order has been despatched we will email you to let you know that your jewellery has been sent and provide you with a tracking number.
All orders under £50 will be sent Royal Mail Recorded and will require a signature on delivery. All orders over £50 will be sent Special Delivery which is guaranteed to arrive by 1pm the next working day and will also require a signature.
We are also able to ship overseas costs for posting to Europe are £6.50 and the rest of world £9.00, there is sometimes however a customs charge in your country which will vary according to the value of you item - we are not able to account for this in our postage costs. Overseas mail take 5-14 working days.
