All Penny Serenade jewellery is handmade by me and I take the utmost care in pride in each piece.
All gemstones and Swarovski crystal are bought from trusted suppliers and are quality check on arrival and before I send them.
My silver comes directly from Hatton Garden from a company I have been using for years.
In my two years of trading I have never had any item returned due to faulty workmanship, if however this unlikely event does occur I will either refund or exchange the item for you provided it is within 30 days of purchase.
If you should happen to break or damage a piece of jewellery that you have bought form me I am happy to see if I can repair it for a small fee, please contact me beforehand to discuss.
